At the time of admission, 4 (four) copies of passport size signed at the back, 4 (four) copies of passport size and 4 copies of stamp size photographs must be submitted at the time of admission.
SSC original mark sheet along with 1 (one) copy attested mark sheet and testimonial should be submitted.
Admission form should be filled correctly as per SSC exam admit card and photocopy of SSC registration card and admit card should be submitted.
Mark sheets, certificate etc. will not be returned after admission. For this, the necessary photocopy should be kept with you.
The subjects mentioned in the admission form can be changed later.
After admission the identity card should be collected timely and should be kept with it at all times.
At the time of admission photocopy of national identity card of parent (mother and father) and 1 (one) copy of recent passport size photograph should be submitted.
